No after care after having tooth extraction. Left in pain and had to 're register with a different practice to get sorted out. Disgusted.
I was a bit anxious about having the dental treatment I needed but the staff were very polite and helpful and the treatment was easy and painless.
The reception staff are absolutely appauling. Rude, unhelpful and faces liked slapped arses. They have no people skills or communication skills whatsoever. I shall not be returning after today.
The general atmosphere of staff is not brillent, the receptionists never greet with a smile or give a welcome feel.The buiding is not accessable if your unable to climb stairs I would seriously NOT recommend this clinic as for seeking help getting up the flight of stairs you will get not get a response off the intercom help buttom and will be often left outside in wet, snow etc this has happend to a few people I know of.On a positive note the Dental Practitioners themselves are very friendly and reassuring I can not fault them, its a shame that the some of the staff let them down.
